Tracking: When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Multiple Packages: Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected.

Delays: Carrier, customs, weather, or other unexpected delays may occasionally affect delivery times.
